CWID 2011 – Formal Results

The final report from the show back in June includes some very favorable results from our trial.

You can read more about it (IT 4.15) on page http://www.cwid.org/2011%20Final%20Report/htmlfiles/415seiwg.html .

The conclusions are:-
“IGR USUK IOP successfully demonstrated the ability to transfer data more efficiently while simulating geographically separated users and within a limited bandwidth situation. The speed, ease-of-use and overall performance were well received. Whether using the manual or automated replication process, warfighters demonstrated how data can be synchronized over bandwidth limited networks.”

This is a good feather in our cap, and consolidates our positioning in military circles as the best software for replication in unreliable and constrained bandwidth scenarios.
